How it all Started
Welcome! I’m Anna. My husband, Andrew, and I started Gentle Tallow Co. after our son was diagnosed with severe eczema at just 3 months old. As parents, watching him struggle with itchy, inflamed skin tore our world apart. We tried everything, from over-the-counter creams to doctor-prescribed treatments, just to help our son find relief again, but nothing worked. Any relief was only temporary, and before long, the constant itching, flares, and pain would return. So we took matters into our own hands and got to work, determined to create something that would soothe his skin and bring him lasting relief.
The solution
Discovering the incredible healing properties of pure, rendered beef tallow and combined with high-quality sourced ingredients to support skin recovery, we created products that finally brought our son the relief we had been searching for. Inspired by the difference it made in our family, we felt called to share those same benefits with other families looking for products we once searched for.
