Because our products are skincare items, we do not follow a standard 30-day return policy. However, we believe in being fair and reasonable. If you are truly unsatisfied with your purchase after trying your balm, please contact us and we will review your request.

Please note that we do not offer refunds, returns, or replacements for products that soften or melt during shipping, as temperature changes during transit are outside of our control. Melting does not affect the quality or safety of the product.
