Shipping policy
Orders are processed within up to 3-4 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
To help protect our products, we ship orders at the beginning of each week whenever possible. This helps reduce the chance of packages sitting in transit over the weekend, especially during warmer months.
Orders placed later in the week may ship the following Monday or Tuesday, depending on processing time, weather conditions, and carrier schedules.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Our balms are made without synthetic stabilizers, so they may soften or melt during warmer months. Melting does not affect the quality, safety, or effectiveness of the product. If your balm arrives softened or melted, place it in room temperature or in the refrigerator until firm. Texture may change slightly after melting, but the product is still usable.
Because temperature changes during transit are outside of our control, we do not offer refunds, returns, or replacements for products that arrive melted or softened.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery delays are outside of our control. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will review the issue and do our best to make it right.
Shipping times may be longer during holidays, severe weather, or carrier delays.
We currently ship within the United States.
